Pan Strudel

Strudel with a delicious cheese filling. Quark cheese, sultana raisins and vanilla (about 70% filling), rolled in a thin, pastry case (about 25%) poor in fat. The ideal product for delicatessens, bakeries and pastry shops.

Cooking instructions:
Prepare the product deep-frozen.

Put the deep-frozen strudel on a baking tray (please use baking paper) and bake in a preheated oven until golden brown and serve tepid.
Combinated oven: at 180-190°C/360-375°F  with 30% humidity for 35-40 minutes.
Traditional oven (fan assisted):  at 200-210°C/390-410°F, 35-40 minutes, without steam.
