Pan Strudel

The cheese strudel is produced with fine quark and sultanas sorted out by hand. Fine aromas round off the taste and it is covered with delicate puff pastry!

Cooking instructions:
Brush the deep-frozen strudel with milk or whipped egg yolk and bake the deep-frozen strudel on a baking tray with baking paper in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at 220°C/430°F (fan assisted 200°C/390°F). Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve warm.
