

The cheese strudel is produced with fine quark and sultanas sorted out by hand. Fine aromas round off the taste and it is covered with delicate puff pastry!
Defrost:
Prepare the product deep-frozen.
Cooking instructions:
Brush the deep-frozen Cheesestrudel with milk or whipped egg yolk and bake in the preheated oven at 220°C/430°F (fan assisted 200°C/390°F) for about 30-35 minutes (please use baking paper).
When baked sprinkle with icing sugar an serve warm.
