Rolled Cheese Soufflé

Cooking instruction:
Traditional oven: bake at 220°C/430°F (Fan assisted 200°C/390°F) for about 25 minutes.
Combination oven: bake at 180°C/355°F with air speed reduced to half and 80% humidity for about 20-22 minutes.

Since ovens vary cooking times may require adjusting.
