Pan Strudel

Original Italian mini pizzas, ideal as apetizer or little snacks.

Cooking instructions:

To eat after cooking.

Place the frozen puff pastry pizzette on a baking sheet and bake them til golden brown. Important: bake the product by less humidity (without steam) and by hot and constant heat. Don't overload the oven.
Attention: Baking time may vary in relation with oven model and product's quantity.
Traditional oven: at 200-210°C/390-410°F (fan assisted) for 12-15 minutes.
Combinated oven: at 190-200°C/375-390°F, dried heat for approx. 10-12 minutes.
