Defrost:
Prepare the product deep-frozen.
Preparation:
Preheat the oven at 220°C/430°F and take the strudel out of the package.
Preheat the fan assisted oven at 200°C/390°F and take the strudel out of the package.
Cooking instructions:
Brush the deep-frozen strudel with milk or whipped egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven (please use baking paper) for about 30 minutes at 220°C/430°F (fan assisted 200°C/390°F).
When baked let cool down and sprinkle with icing sugar.
