We about us
We are a strongly growing company with our head office in Laives near Bolzano, in the middle of the wonderful South Tyrol, the biggest unified apple-growing area in Europe.
We are well known on account of our strudel, that is produced as naturally as in former times in accordance with an old South Tyrolean recipe.
In the course of time we have added a whole lot of deep frozen specialities to our main product, the strudel. These diverse products are a distinctive expression of our demand of high quality and a delight for the real gourmets all over Europe.
History
Since 1969 we have been producing deep frozen applestrudel exclusively with freshly peeled apples without any preservatives, thickeners, colourings or flavourings. In only a few years time after the start of our production in Bolzano, we had to enlarge our production place. Since 1970 we have been manufacturing our deep frozen specialities in Laives near Bolzano. From that moment on we have steadily grown.
